Infrared Sauna in Wynnum

  • That is a great question. If it is your first time floating with us at City Cave Wynnum you can find all the information for what to expect and what to bring on this page

  • Most sessions are 45 minutes, however we do recommend that for your first experience to take it easy and to not ‘challenge’ yourself to handle it. You can do this by opening the door of the sauna and also stepping out if you are feeling tired, nauseous or light headed. If it is your first time using and infrared sauna with us at City Cave Wynnum there is useful information here

  • Yes City Cave Wynnum offers couples floating. The Float Therapy room itself is spacious enough for 2 people. The Float pool itself about the size of a double bed. We also offer other unique couples experiences that are very popular as a healthy date night choice or a perfect gift for any occasion.
