Love your floats but curious to try something new? As a CaveClub member of your preferred service, you’ll enjoy CaveClub pricing on any service. So, if you're a Weekly Float member and want to book a Sauna or Massage, you’ll pay the low Weekly CaveClub rate across the board.

Float therapy at City Cave is a 60-minute restorative experience designed to help you feel better, inside and out. Each private room features a spacious layout and an open float pool filled with 400kg of magnesium sulphate.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
Membership Commitment
All memberships begin with a 3-month minimum commitment ("Lock-In Period") to support consistency and the development of healthy routine
Billing & Access
Memberships are billed weekly or monthly by direct debit. Active payment is required to access Cave Club prices and benefits. Service credits are issued each billing cycle and are valid for 60 days.
Pausing & Cancellations
You can pause your membership for up to 8 weeks per calendar year, with 14 days’ notice (pausing is not available during the initial 3-month period).
You may cancel at any time after the lock-in period, also with 14 days’ notice. Unused credits expire 60 days after your final payment and are non-refundable.
Member Benefits & Usage
Cave Club benefits include discounted pricing and occasional service upgrades, which may vary by location. Credits are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to availability.
Changes to Membership or Service Access
City Cave may update membership pricing or features with at least 90 days’ notice. In cases of major disruption (e.g. natural disasters), contact your location for possible alternate arrangements.
