Relaxation Massage

Remedial Massage
Target pain, tension, and injuries with a tailored treatment using deep tissue, trigger point, and myofascial techniques. Ideal for headaches, posture issues, pregnancy-related pain, sports injuries, and restricted movement. Pair with float therapy for faster recovery.
Deep Tissue Massage
Target muscle knots, reduce inflammation, and restore mobility. Perfect for active bodies and sports recovery, this treatment breaks down scar tissue, improves flexibility, and supports long-term muscle health.
Pregnancy Massage
Relieve aches, reduce swelling, and ease muscle and joint pain with a gentle prenatal massage. Designed to support your body through pregnancy, this treatment offers safe, soothing relief when other options may be limited.
Each City Cave location has a range of Massage Therapists that specialise in different areas, with some additional massage offerings not listed in the above, so be sure to call up your centre and find a therapist that best fits your needs.
Please note: not typically offered during the first trimester (before 12–14 weeks), though availability may vary by therapist.
Health Insurance Rebates
Some City Cave locations offer private health insurance rebates on Remedial Massage treatments.
Eligibility for health insurance rebates varies and is subject to the type of treatment booked, the availability of a suitably qualified remedial massage therapist with a provider number, and the requirements of your individual health fund.
If you would like to claim a rebate, please advise the centre at the time of booking. The team will be able to confirm whether remedial massage rebates are available at that location and which health funds may be accepted.
We recommend contacting your health insurance provider prior to your appointment to confirm your level of cover and any applicable rebate entitlements.
Before redeeming a gift card for Remedial Massage, it is advisable to check with your health insurance provider, as some funds do not accept gift card payments as eligible for claims.
Health insurance rebates are not available for Float Therapy, Sauna, or other wellness experiences.
