FLOAT ATTENDANT

Our Float Attendants are the glue for our centres, ensuring that our customers are taken care of while on their wellness journey. For this role, we require you to have a positive attitude, good work ethic and high-level communication skills.

CENTRE MANAGER

Our Centre Managers are the leader of our Caves, overseeing daily operations and ensuring our customers have the best possible experience. These guys are in charge of maintaining team member engagement and making sure City Cave standards are being upheld and exceeded.

This position is vital for assisting with the overall operational performance of the Cave, and is perfect for a school-aged worker! To be a successful Cave Diver, you need a positive attitude and good work ethic, ensuring that customer service needs and expectations are exceeded daily.
