Infrared Sauna in Redcliffe

Conveniently positioned on the main road between Redcliffe and Woody Point.our wellness centre is easy to find with parking available directly in front of and beside the shops. If you are travelling from Redcliffe towards Woody Point, continue along Oxley Avenue and you will see City Cave Redcliffe on the left-hand side near the Duffield Road intersection.

Yes, There is ample parking available both directly in front of and behind City Cave Redcliffe, with only a short walk to the entrance. Disabled parking is available close to the front entry for guests requiring accessible access. The centre is located on ground level and includes ramp access for easy entry from the car park.

Yes, certain therapists at City Cave Redcliffe hold a remedial massage license and the massage can be claimable under your private health insurance with our HICAPS terminal in centre for on-the-spot private health fund claims. Most sessions are 45 minutes, however we do recommend that for your first experience to take it easy and to not ‘challenge’ yourself to handle it. You can do this by opening the door of the sauna and also stepping out if you are feeling tired, nauseous or light headed. If it is your first time using and infrared sauna with us at City Cave Redcliffe there is useful information here

Yes City Cave Redcliffe offers couples floating. The Float Therapy room itself is spacious enough for 2 people. The Float pool itself about the size of a double bed. We also offer other unique couples experiences that are very popular as a healthy date night choice or a perfect gift for any occasion.
