Infrared Sauna in North Lakes

City Cave North Lakes is located at Shop 8, 4–6 Burke Crescent, North Lakes, in the same complex as the car wash and Blaktan Café, directly across the road from Sydney Tools North Lakes. Burke Crescent runs off Flinders Parade near Discovery Drive. Once you turn into the complex, continue all the way to the end of the driveway. City Cave North Lakes is the very last shop at the far end of the building.

Yes, certain therapists at City Cave North Lakes hold a remedial massage license and the massage can be claimable under your private health insurance with our HICAPS terminal in centre for on-the-spot private health fund claims. Most sessions are 45 minutes, however we do recommend that for your first experience to take it easy and to not ‘challenge’ yourself to handle it. You can do this by opening the door of the sauna and also stepping out if you are feeling tired, nauseous or light headed. Yes City Cave North Lakes offers couples floating. The Float Therapy room itself is spacious enough for 2 people. The Float pool itself about the size of a double bed. We also offer other unique couples experiences that are very popular as a healthy date night choice or a perfect gift for any occasion.
