Infrared Sauna in Everton Park

Yes, City Cave Everton Park has a carpark directly out the front of the cave on ground level. As well as underground parking. For additional parking we have the Woolworths behind Centre.

Yes, certain therapists at City Cave Everton Park hold a remedial massage license and the massage can be claimable under your private health insurance with our HICAPS terminal in centre for on-the-spot refunds. To book Remedial please select the (205) Remedial option in the online booking process.

Most sessions are 45 minutes, however we do recommend that for your first experience to take it easy and to not ‘challenge’ yourself to handle it. You can do this by opening the door of the sauna and also stepping out if you are feeling tired, nauseous or light headed. If it is your first time using and infrared sauna with us at City Cave Everton Park there is useful information here

Yes City Cave Everton Park offers couples floating. The Float Therapy room itself is spacious enough for 2 people. The Float pool itself about the size of a double bed. We also offer other unique couples experiences that are very popular as a healthy date night choice or a perfect gift for any occasion.
