1. Promoter

The promoter is City Cave Pty Ltd, on behalf of participating City Cave franchise locations.

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

• Employees, franchise owners, contractors of City Cave Pty Ltd or any City Cave franchise location are not eligible to enter.

• This promotion is only valid at participating City Cave locations.

• Each entrant may only enter once per person.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must complete the online entry form by providing their name, email address, phone number, and postcode, and agree to receive wellbeing updates and offers from City Cave (optional).

• Entries open on 20/10/2025 and close on 10/11/2025 (“Promotion Period”).

• Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

4. Prize Details

• One winner will receive a “Complete Wellness Reset”, which includes a 3-hour experience featuring a float therapy session, infrared sauna, and massage.

• The total prize value is approximately $219.00 AUD.

• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

5. Prize Redemption

• The prize will be issued as a City Cave gift card or voucher or credit, valid only at the participating location where the entrant entered and won.

• Prizes must be redeemed at that specific location and cannot be transferred to another City Cave centre.

• Standard booking policies and availability apply at each participating City Cave location.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be drawn at random from eligible entries at the end of the Promotion Period.

• The draw will take place on 15/11/2025 at City Cave Head Office.

• The winner will be notified via email or phone within 5 business days of the draw.

• If the winner cannot be contacted within 10 business days, a redraw may take place.

7. Marketing Consent

By entering this competition, participants agree to receive marketing communications, updates, and wellbeing offers from City Cave. Participants can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in the emails.

8. Privacy

All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the City Cave Privacy Policy, available at www.citycave.com.au/policies Information will only be used for the administration of this promotion and future marketing (if opted in).

9. General Conditions

• City Cave reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

• City Cave and participating franchise locations are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered as a result of accepting or using the prize.

• City Cave reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without notice, subject to relevant regulatory approval.

• Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
