Our Flauna package offers a 45-minute infrared sauna session followed by a 60-minute float therapy session to provide a holistic approach to mind and body wellbeing. Our infrared sauna promotes detoxification and relief of tension, whilst floating allows intense relaxation and meditation.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards can be redeemed for City Cave services at any location and must be presented upon arrival. They cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for other legal tender (cash, EFTPOS, credit card, or other gift cards), and are considered the equivalent of cash—if lost or stolen, they will not be replaced and are non-refundable. For Gift Cards sold after March 31, 2018, a 3-year expiry period applies from the date of purchase, and expired cards do not retain any value. City Cave reserves the right to change services without notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a cancellation fee being charged to the Gift Card(s) or e-Gift Card(s).
