Practicing as a psychologist is very aligned with Meghan's personal values of empathy, helping others, compassion and personal growth. Psychology provides her with the privilege to hear people’s greatest vulnerabilities and provides a unique sense of fulfilment.
Meghan's area of interest is with adults or adolescents primarily in stress and burnout, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, eating issues, acute/complex trauma, grief and loss and parenting intervention techniques. She is also personally passionate about couples therapy.
Meghan’s therapeutic approach incorporates a wide range of techniques and different ways of working with you to fit your unique concerns. These may include supportive counseling, brain-based education, trauma resolution and skill development (including communication, interpersonal effectiveness and emotional regulation/management).
Meghan primarily draws primarily on the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) model and mindfulness which focuses on enabling you to commit to action to improve and enrich your life. Within this approach, Meghan aims to teach you psychological strategies to: effectively manage painful and uncomfortable emotions; disengage from unhelpful thoughts about self and others; and reaffirm your purpose/direction and create motivation through your values.

Initial consults with Meghan is exclusive to a single session. Any appointments following your initial consultation are to be booked as a follow up consult
Couple's Initial Consult $225
Initial couple's consults with Meghan are also exclusive to a single session. Any appointments following your initial consultation are to be booked as a follow up couple's consult
All practitioners have a cancellation policy of 48 hours notice required prior to appointment. Any cancellations within this window will incur a cancellation fee that is specific to each practitioner.
