Rhonda is a warm, pragmatic, clinical psychologist who communicates in a gentle and non-judgmental way to help clients feel stronger, more optimistic, and that change is possible. She helps clients to create awareness, compassion and understanding in their lives to improve their relationships with themselves and others.

Her clinical experience extends across a range of settings including rural outreach, alcohol and other drugs, and private practice. She has fifteen years of experience working in the government sector in community-based health promotion and prevention of lifestyle diseases, and has worked as a tele-counselor helping smokers to quit. Rhonda also enjoys working with people who experience self-criticism and shame, or are undergoing life transitions.
