Tunteeya believes successful therapy is empowered by a professional, non-judgmental and engaging environment with a touch of humor and light-heartedness. Tunteeya uses an evidence-based approach to treatment tailored specifically for each client, emphasizing his or her unique individuality, strengths and life situation. Tunteeya has undergone mindfulness and self-compassion training in London with Dr Kristin Neff and participates in continuing professional development regularly. She believes that mindfulness doesn’t always have to be a sit-down meditation practice, though it can be very beneficial, there are many different ways to build awareness.
