Meghan specialises with adults or adolescents in primarily in acute/complex trauma, stress and burnout, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, grief and loss and parenting intervention techniques. She is also personally passionate about couples therapy. Meghan’s therapeutic approach incorporates a wide range of techniques and different ways of working with you to fit your unique concerns.

Through her own personal health journey, being diagnosed with thyroid cancer part way through her degree, Melissa knows first hand how scary it can be to be faced with health concerns.

While Melissa see's all manner of health concerns in clinical practice, she has a particular interest in digestive health and hormones, with a particular focus on thyroid health. Her aim is to equip clients with the knowledge & skills they need to live a healthy and rewarding life.

Samuel's passion began as an exercise specialist in 2012 moving into sports medicine where he worked with a large variety of elite sporting athletes. Years of clinical experience treating countless conditions has given him the ability to fully address his patient’s issues. He has been running his practice specializing in Musculoskeletal Therapy for a number of years and takes a holistic approach to assessing and treating every presenting issue thoroughly and effectively.

Cheryl is a qualified Remedial Massage and Stress Management Therapist, who has previously worked in Physiotherapy and Pain Management clinics in the UK and Australia.  Cheryl uses massage therapy to treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, and as an effective tool in reducing the physical and mental symptoms of stress and anxiety.  


From being an outdoor education facilitator many years ago to studying Movement, Massage and epigenetics analysis, Luke has always believed that education is the key to long-term positive change. In his treatments he will always attempt to do more than just treat the symptoms and try to help his clients better understand the source of their tension and pain. Luke's goal with all of his clients is to use his knowledge to the best of his ability to cater a treatment that works for “YOU”.

Luke specialises in Sports Massage as is qualified with a Diploma in Remedial massage, Myofacial dry needling, Movement coaching and Genetics analysis coach through the ph360 platform.

Emma’s approach as a clinical nutritionist is holistic in nature. She believes that a variety of factors may influence state of health, including health history, lifestyle, movement, mental health and of course, what we eat. Emma is also a qualified Personal Trainer and has an avid interest in fitness and mental health, including the nutritional requirements behind a healthy state of mind. 


All practitioners have a cancellation policy of 48 hours notice required prior to appointment. Any cancellations within this window will incur a cancellation fee that is specific to each practitioner.
