Combining massage therapy with floatation therapy brings new benefits to the table. Floating before your massage speeds up the process of your muscles relaxing, which gives the massage therapist more time with already loose muscles. Floating after your massage is also beneficial as it further cares for the problem areas that may have been targeted in your session.
