Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga is about heating the room with the most advanced form of heating using Infrared panels that relax your muscles to aid flexibility and reduce the risk of injury as well as promoting detoxification through sweat.

It’s been scientifically proven to benefit those with physical injuries as it offers up thermal heat that is both safe and healthy. The heat is absorbed deep into your skin, activating major bodily functions and supercharging your cellular metabolism.

Christiana Zimmerman

Christiana is a 600 hour certified teacher, has been teaching yoga throughout Brisbane for over 4 years and her passion continues to grow. Christiana is passionate about making a difference in others lives through the power of yoga. She wants to make a positive change in the world and help others regain there power through self exploration and movement. 

Christiana also has many years experience in the counselling and the medical sector and is currently studying to become a healer. Her passions lay mainly in empowering others to shift their mindsets so that they realise that they are truly the creators of their lives!

Christiana teachers an array of styles but she focuses her teaching mainly in yin and restorative stretch therapy to help work into the muscles and cellular memory releasing and relaxing the body. She also loves to empower through Vinyasa to strengthen the muscles and move energy throughout the body. Come along and see the power healing experience of yoga for yourself.

Silvia Febres

Silvia is a 300hr Jivamukti Yoga Instructor and a Healer. She studied with her beloved teachers Sharon Gannon and David Life in New York in 2014.

Since then she has been travelling around Europe, South America and India teaching and learning more about yoga. She is also an Architect and a Sustainability Consultant. Silvia is passionate about teaching, travelling and experiencing different cultures and she teaches in Spanish and English.

Silvia’s classes offer a transformative experience for practitioners of all levels. She teaches a Vinyasa style practice, integrating invigorating asana to purify the body, uplifting music, chanting and meditation that connect to the inner Self.

Yoga has changed her life in a wonderful way and she wants to share this transforming experience with others through service. She wants everyone to be happy and free and experience awareness and compassion.

Nicola Bone

Nicola Bone, is one part of Urban Bliss Yoga, and has conducted her 200 hour teacher training with Yoga Works. Nicola is a Brisbane high school teacher that is passionate about mental health and the practice of mindfulness, meditation and Yoga to aid in the management of stress, depression and anxiety. After teaching in high schools for 12 years and and enrolling in a Master of Public Health to research the effects of mindfulness and meditation practices on learning and mental health, she has put the wheels in motion to launch a program in schools across Queensland to bring our young people resilience, compassion and gratitude practices to enhance emotional regulation and self-awareness! Nicola creates moments of BLISS for students amongst the chaos of their formation years.

Emily Gannon

Yoga has truly changed Emily’s life and now she just wants to help other’s experience this journey in full and step up into the best version of themselves. Emily completed her 200hr training at Raw Power Yoga in Albion.
Having come back recently from traveling and living overseas she has been inspired and intrigued to connect  to what is truly important in life. 
For Emily, Yoga is about really getting to know yourself. It’s about mind-body awareness, gratitude and Self-acceptance.
Her down to earth, bubbly personality is reflective in her classes which are fun, creative and challenging. 
“Yoga is not about getting into that next pose but the journey to get there. “

Yoga Membership Unlimited Classes $30 per week
